Outgoing- Being timid is no fun to Oodle. She believes that one can make friends if they open up.

Happy-go-Lucky- She believes that all things will be okay if one believes so. It even says so on the fortune cookies!

Work hard, play hard- Life's no fun if it's just work, one has to play a lot too. She will tend to mesh the two together and have a lot of fun altogether.

Friendly- With two ears open, she is all ears for any pony that wants to be her friend or just wants to chat.

Helpful- She always is willing to help out a friend no matter what and rarely complains about it.

Quirks:

Blunt- Not the best at keeping secrets, she could unknowingly hurt a pony's feelings. And often she would regret so.

There, she could start her restaurant and begin her dream!
